Our Tai Chi course is open to adults of all levels and offers a calm, supportive way to move and relax. The sessions focus on slow, flowing movements that are easy to follow and can be adapted to suit individual needs.
You will be guided through simple sequences designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Alongside the physical benefits, Tai Chi also supports relaxation, focus, and a sense of calm, helping you feel more balanced in both body and mind.
The course is relaxed and unhurried, making it suitable whether you are completely new to Tai Chi or returning to gentle movement after a break.
