Aromatherapy uses natural essential oils to support health and wellbeing and has been practised for thousands of years. On this course, you will learn how these oils can be safely blended and used in simple, practical ways at home and in everyday life.
You will explore how aromatherapy may help support common concerns such as muscle fatigue, stress, as well as improve general wellbeing. The course focuses on gentle, easy-to-understand approaches that you can use with confidence.
Sessions are hands-on and include making your own aromatherapy oils to take home. All materials are provided, and no previous experience is needed.
