This workshop is designed for adults who would like a hands-on introduction to herbalism and how plants can support health and wellbeing.

You will learn the basics of making herbal skincare, including which plants can be easily foraged or grown and their benefits. During the session, you’ll make moisturising balms, hydrating oils, and nourishing herbal teas, with plenty of opportunity to learn and practise in a relaxed and supportive environment.

You will leave with three mini herbal remedies and the knowledge to continue making your own at home.
