DESCRIPTION:Aromatherapy uses natural essential oils to support health and 
 wellbeing and has been practised for thousands of years. On this course\, y
 ou will learn how these oils can be safely blended and used in simple\, pra
 ctical ways at home and in everyday life.\nYou will explore how aromatherap
 y may help support common concerns such as muscle fatigue\, stress\, as wel
 l as improve general wellbeing. The course focuses on gentle\, easy-to-unde
 rstand approaches that you can use with confidence.\nSessions are hands-on 
 and include making your own aromatherapy oils to take home. All materials a
 re provided\, and no previous experience is needed.\nYou can register start
